About Frégate Island, Mahé
This dual-island itinerary combines the exclusivity of Frégate Island Private, a sanctuary for giant tortoises and rare birds, with the plush sophistication of Four Seasons Seychelles on Mahé. Whether you’re kayaking turquoise lagoons, spotting magpie robins on nature walks, or enjoying bespoke vegetarian fine dining, this trip is equal parts adventure and relaxation. From treehouse dinners to mountaintop meditations, every day brings new delight.
My Experience
Frégate Island welcomed us with quiet luxury and a strong sense of conservation. Walking beside ancient tortoises and spotting rare birds felt surreal. We picnicked on Anse Victorin, snorkelled in clear waters, and dined under banyan trees. The spa and private treehouse dinner were unforgettable. Transitioning to Mahé, Four Seasons blended beach bliss with rainforest calm. Paddleboarding in Petite Anse, a Creole cooking class, and sunset yoga topped our highlights. Each resort embraced sustainability while offering full comfort and warmth.
