My Experience
From the moment we descended into the Ngorongoro Crater at sunrise, the sheer density of wildlife was astonishing. We saw black rhinos grazing near a lion pride and hippos lounging in a pool. At &Beyond Ngorongoro Crater Lodge, the blend of Maasai-inspired decor and luxurious amenities made us feel like royalty. A highlight was hiking Empakaai Crater—peaceful, scenic, and far off the tourist trail. Evenings were magical, with candlelit dinners and stories shared under a starlit African sky
