With its well-preserved colonial architecture, rich history, and dynamic entertainment options, Macao attracts travellers who want to explore both culture and luxury. From the grandeur of the Cotai Strip’s integrated resorts to the cobbled alleys of the Historic Centre, Macao seamlessly combines the charm of the past with the excitement of modern-day indulgences. Visitors can enjoy world-class dining, iconic casinos, cultural landmarks, and immersive experiences such as teamLab SuperNature and The House of Dancing Water.
My Experience
We arrived in Macao by ferry and checked into a luxurious resort on the Cotai Strip. The Venetian was a world of its own with lavish suites and gondola rides through its replica canals. We explored the Cotai Strip, visited the Parisian’s Eiffel Tower replica, and immersed ourselves in digital art at team Lab Super Nature. The next day, we wandered through the historic streets of old Macao, marvelled at the Ruins of St. Paul’s and Monte Fort, and enjoyed the stunning performance at The House of Dancing Water. The journey ended with a relaxing spa session before departing for Hong Kong.
