About Kodaikanal
Kodaikanal, often called the "Princess of Hill Stations," is a tranquil escape from the plains of Tamil Nadu. Set at an elevation of over 2,000 metres, it features mist-covered valleys, waterfalls, and serene lakes. Whether you’re boating on Kodaikanal Lake, hiking through Pine Forests, exploring Guna Caves, or enjoying local food, the town offers a perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Ideal for couples, families, and nature lovers.
My Experience
The boat ride on Kodaikanal Lake in the early morning mist felt magical. I absolutely loved the quiet trails in the pine forest, the cool air, and the delicious veggie meals at The Tamara. It felt like a peaceful pause from the noise of the city.
