About New Delhi
New Delhi, India’s bustling capital, offers an unmatched journey through time. From grand Mughal forts and spiritual shrines to stylish boutiques and world-class cuisine, this city is a vivid mosaic of history, heritage, and high fashion. You can marvel at UNESCO landmarks like the Red Fort and Humayun’s Tomb, soak in spiritual serenity at the Lotus Temple, or get swept away in the chaos of Old Delhi’s spice markets. Whether you’re here for culture, cuisine, shopping, or art – Delhi never disappoints.
My Experience
Exploring Delhi was like walking through a living history book. From standing in awe at the Taj Mahal-style elegance of Humayun’s Tomb to enjoying modern Indian fusion at Indian Accent, every day brought something new. One of my favourite moments was listening to soulful qawwalis at Nizamuddin Dargah under a starlit sky – deeply moving and unforgettable. Shopping in Shahpur Jat’s indie stores and then wrapping up the evening with rooftop dining in Mehrauli made this city trip incredibly vibrant.
