A sacred coastal town known for its spiritual significance, serene shores, and the iconic Pamban Bridge.

About Rameshwaram
Rameshwaram is one of the holiest pilgrimage sites in India, nestled on Pamban Island. It is home to the revered Ramanathaswamy Temple, with its 22 holy wells and intricately carved corridors. The town also features the Kothandaramaswamy Temple, and the hauntingly beautiful Dhanushkodi, a ghost town by the sea. The drive over the Pamban Bridge, with the ocean on both sides, is an unforgettable experience.
My Experience
The drive across Pamban Bridge at sunrise felt almost surreal – the endless ocean views were breathtaking. Walking barefoot in the sacred corridors of Ramanathaswamy Temple and listening to the chants created a sense of calm I’ve never experienced before.
