About Rishikesh
A town where saints, travellers, and yoga seekers converge, Rishikesh is more than just a spiritual escape. With sacred ghats, riverbank cafés, boutique resorts, and options ranging from sunrise yoga to white-water rafting, Rishikesh is where calm and adventure co-exist. Watch the Ganga Aarti at sunset, meditate in an ashram, or hike to ancient temples — it’s a place that awakens the spirit while soothing the senses.
My Experience
Rishikesh gave us moments of stillness and joy in equal measure. Staying at the Taj Rishikesh Resort offered breathtaking Ganges views right from our room. The sunset Ganga Aarti at Parmarth Niketan left us speechless. We spent mornings doing yoga and afternoons hopping from one river café to another. Our visit to Neelkanth Mahadev Temple through jungle paths felt like a pilgrimage to peace. And of course, the riverside Italian meal at A Tavola Con Te was the perfect farewell.
