From Brussels’ lively squares and cultural icons, to Ghent’s canals and altarpieces, Bruges’ fairy-tale scenery, and Antwerp’s high-fashion district, the country is a perfect blend of history and trend-setting modernity. Food lovers will delight in plant-forward fine dining and artisanal chocolates, while shoppers can explore Belgian designers and boutiques. My Experience
During my journey through Belgium, I explored Brussels’ Grand-Place and marvelled at its golden evening lights before sampling the city’s famous chocolates. I visited the Atomium and immersed myself in art at the Magritte Museum. Ghent offered a picturesque boat ride and the incredible Ghent Altarpiece. Bruges felt like stepping into a storybook, with its cobbled lanes, Belfry tower, and romantic canals. Antwerp impressed me with its stunning cathedral and fashion-forward streets, as well as a memorable fine-dining evening at Botanic Sanctuary. The ease of travel between cities by train made the itinerary smooth and enjoyable.
