The City of a Hundred Spires, featuring stunning Gothic architecture, historic squares, world-class beer culture, and fairy-tale charm.
About Prague
Prague, the enchanting capital of the Czech Republic, is often considered one of Europe's most beautiful cities. This 'City of a Hundred Spires' has preserved its medieval charm through centuries, offering visitors a perfect blend of Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque architecture. From the iconic Charles Bridge to the majestic Prague Castle, every corner tells a story of rich history, while the city's famous beer culture and vibrant arts scene add contemporary appeal to this timeless destination.
My Experience
Prague felt like walking through a living fairy tale. The Old Town Square with its astronomical clock was absolutely magical, especially when the hourly show drew crowds from around the world. Walking across Charles Bridge at sunrise, with the mist rising from the Vltava River, was one of the most romantic moments I've ever experienced. The Prague Castle complex was enormous and fascinating, offering incredible views over the red rooftops. The beer was exceptional - and incredibly cheap - making the traditional Czech pubs perfect places to experience local culture.
