About Helsinki
Helsinki, Finland's capital, perfectly embodies Scandinavian design and lifestyle. This coastal city seamlessly blends cutting-edge architecture with traditional Nordic charm, creating a unique urban experience surrounded by pristine nature. From the iconic Temppeliaukio Rock Church to the bustling Market Square, Helsinki offers visitors a perfect introduction to Finnish culture, design excellence, and the Nordic way of life.
My Experience
Helsinki surprised me with its perfect balance of urban sophistication and natural beauty. The design district was a paradise for anyone interested in Nordic aesthetics, and the Temppeliaukio Church was unlike anything I'd ever seen. Taking the ferry to Suomenlinna fortress felt like stepping back in time, while the sauna culture provided an authentic Finnish experience. The long summer days were magical, with the sun barely setting, creating an almost surreal atmosphere.
