Sardinia is Italy's sun-soaked island escape offering a unique mix of historic towns, wild coastlines, luxurious resorts, and rustic traditions.
About Sardinia
An 8-day journey through Sardinia takes you from the historical charm of Cagliari to the turquoise beaches of Villasimius, the opulence of Costa Smeralda, and the medieval streets of Alghero. This island blends Mediterranean flair with untouched natural beauty. From sipping cocktails on a rooftop in Cagliari to snorkelling in protected lagoons and exploring hidden sea caves, Sardinia is a sensory delight for every kind of traveller.
My Experience
Walking through Cagliari's Castello district felt like stepping back in time. We relaxed at Poetto Beach and ended the day with sunset drinks at Bastione di Saint Remy. Villasimius was paradise calm beaches, crystal-clear water, and the boat ride to Capo Carbonara was unforgettable. Costa Smeralda dazzled with luxury and art in San Pantaleo, while Alghero surprised us with its Catalan influence, sea grottos, and warm, golden sunsets at Capo Caccia.
