My Experience
Ljubljana surprised me with its intimate charm and incredible natural beauty nearby. The city center was delightfully walkable, and climbing up to Ljubljana Castle provided beautiful views over the red rooftops and surrounding hills. The day trip to Lake Bled was absolutely magical - the lake with its island church and clifftop castle looked like something from a fairy tale. Postojna Cave was an underground wonderland that left me speechless. The locals were incredibly friendly and proud of their beautiful country, making every interaction warm and memorable.
