About Bahamas
The Bahamas, an archipelago of over 700 islands, is one of the most scenic and traveller-friendly destinations in the Caribbean. Nassau and Paradise Island are the most visited, with luxurious stays like Rosewood Baha Mar offering peace and pampering, and Atlantis Paradise Island delivering waterpark thrills and vibrant nightlife. Both resorts cater surprisingly well to vegetarians, with curated menus, beachside dining, and bespoke options. Whether you're wandering through downtown Nassau’s cultural gems, relaxing at a private beach cabana, or swimming with dolphins on Blue Lagoon Island, the Bahamas offers a fulfilling mix of leisure, luxury, and adventure.
My Experience
We checked into the stunning Rosewood Baha Mar, where the private beach and artistic ambiance created the perfect start. At Atlantis Paradise Island, the waterpark was thrilling, and the marine life exhibits were fascinating. Dining was a joy for vegetarians Café Boulud and Costa stood out for their refined flavours. Our day trip to Blue Lagoon Island brought us up close with dolphins and the unspoiled coastline. Exploring downtown Nassau’s museums and art scene added a cultural depth to our tropical escape. The spas, beach yoga, and sunset cocktails created unforgettable moments.
