Montego Bay, Jamaica
Visited
4-5 Days

Montego Bay is Jamaica’s buzzing resort capital, blending beaches, colonial heritage, and a vibrant nightlife scene.

About Montego Bay
Montego Bay, often called "MoBay," is Jamaica’s gateway to luxury with world-class resorts, historic plantations, pristine beaches, and a laid-back Caribbean vibe. It’s the island’s second-largest city, offering both cultural landmarks like the haunted Rose Hall Great House and leisure hotspots like Doctor’s Cave Beach and Margaritaville. With vegetarian-friendly fine dining and exciting nightlife, it's ideal for both relaxing and exploring.
My Experience
We stayed at the serene Half Moon Resort, indulged in a rejuvenating spa therapy at Fern Tree Spa, and enjoyed peaceful walks along the private beach. Exploring the Rose Hall Great House added a touch of eerie history, while Doctor’s Cave Beach offered the perfect mix of sunshine and sea. Lunch at MysticIndia was a comforting vegetarian delight, and we wrapped up the day with cocktails and live music at Pier 1.
