Negril

Negril, Jamaica
Visited
4 Days

Negril is Jamaica’s laid-back paradise, home to dramatic cliffs, reggae sunsets, and the legendary 7 Mile Beach.

About Negril
Negril offers a more relaxed, bohemian vibe compared to the larger cities. Known for its cliffs and long stretches of white sand, it’s a hub for wellness retreats, sunset cocktails, and adventure. The highlight is 7 Mile Beach, one of the best in the Caribbean, while cliffside venues like Rick’s Café combine thrill with breathtaking views. Negril also excels in plant-based cuisine, yoga retreats, and eco-friendly boutique stays like The Cliff Hotel.
My Experience
We drove to Negril and checked into The Cliff Hotel, surrounded by stunning ocean views, then took a refreshing dip at the Blue Hole Mineral Spring, relaxed on 7 Mile Beach, and watched daredevil cliff dives at Rick’s Café; the fresh, plant-based food at Zest and Just Natural was perfect for vegetarians, and our stay was made truly tranquil and unforgettable with yoga sessions and a sunset catamaran sail.
