About Turks and Caicos
Turks is part of the Turks and Caicos Islands, located southeast of the Bahamas. Known for its unspoiled coastline and marine biodiversity, Grace Bay in Providenciales is consistently rated among the world’s best beaches. Visitors often stay at luxurious resorts such as Beaches Turks & Caicos, which offers themed villages, gourmet restaurants, waterparks, and direct access to the famous Grace Bay Beach. The island is ideal for families, couples, and water lovers, with everything from scuba diving to sunset catamaran cruises.
My Experience
We stayed at Beaches Turks & Caicos in the Italian Village, which offered the best access to pools, the beach, and restaurants; our experience began with a refreshing welcome drink and a beach orientation, followed by magical moments lounging on Grace Bay Beach, trying paddleboard yoga, sailing a Hobie Cat, and indulging in a luxurious Red Lane Spa aromatherapy massage. The kids had a blast at Pirates Island Waterpark, while adults enjoyed swim-up bars and French pastries from Café de Paris. A highlight of the trip was the catamaran cruise, where we snorkelled and sipped cocktails while gliding across the turquoise sea. The culinary variety was exceptional, with plant-based options in nearly every restaurant, from sushi to stone-baked pizzas. Each evening offered unique entertainment—from steel drum bands and reggae nights to movie screenings on the beach—and on our final day, we unwound with yoga at the Key West Gazebo before bidding a bittersweet farewell.
