About Spain
Seville, the heart of Andalusia, is a city where every corner tells a story. From the magnificence of the Plaza de España to the intricate beauty of the Royal Alcázar, the city is a blend of Islamic, Gothic, and Renaissance styles. The soaring Giralda Tower and grand Seville Cathedral dominate the skyline, while the shaded walkways of Parque de María Luisa offer a peaceful escape. Local traditions live on in its tapas culture, flamenco music, and sun-kissed plazas. With historic lanes, vibrant cafés, and a relaxed pace, Seville invites you to slow down and soak in its warmth — both cultural and climatic.
My Experience
Seville offered a captivating shift from the coastline, with its terracotta-hued buildings and palm-lined avenues. Walking through the Alcázar’s gardens felt like stepping into another era, while the scale of Plaza de España was simply breathtaking. The Giralda Tower gave panoramic views of the city’s rooftops and cathedrals. Each evening was a culinary delight, from contemporary tapas at Alimentari e Diversi to the relaxed, authentic vibe of Iguanas Ranas Cantina. Wandering through the historic core, past orange trees and street musicians, was as magical as any planned activity.
